Test results are pass or fail. If you fail, your score report will include diagnostic information for each content area of the test.
Request Re-Scoring
If you fail the exam, you may request a re-scoring for a nonrefundable fee of $30. To qualify submit written request no later than 3 months after the exam date to:

Apply to Retest
If you do not pass a certification exam, you may retest after 60 days. Candidates may not test more than 3 times in any 12 months. Download the Retest Application below to learn about eligibility requirements and apply.
