Evaluating Online Guided Care Nursing Education Ooutcomes: Geriatric Knowledge, Attitudes, and Skills (KAS)
This study will examine the longitudinal effects of the online Guided Care Nursing Course on knowledge, attitudes, perceived skill competencies, commitment to change practice, and confidence in the care of older adults with multiple comorbidities.  It will explore knowledge acquisition and retention, and attitudes toward the care of older adults, gerontological nursing, and web-based learning environments. 

Evaluating Patient Advocacy Continuing Education Outcomes: Knowledge, Attitudes, and skills (KAS)
This study will examine the longitudinal effects of a two-day continuing nursing education activity, Patient Advocacy Seminar, on nurses' knowledge, attitudes, perceived skill competencies, commitment to change practice, and confidence in the care of patients diagnosed with life threatening acute and chronic conditions.  The study will also describe the effects of the activity on participants' professional development and career trajectory.
